Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 20, 2026 | Last Updated: March 20, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Next Roadside marketplace, dispatch platform and mobile app, including the relationship between drivers and the independent providers who accept their requests.

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, posting a requirement, or accepting a quote on Next Roadside, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What Next Roadside is

Next Roadside is a marketplace that connects drivers with independent, verified mechanics, tow operators and roadside professionals. We facilitate matching, quoting, tracking and payment. We are not the provider of the roadside work itself, and the accepted quote forms a contract between you and the provider you choose.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be a licensed adult driver, or an authorised representative of a fleet, to hold an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle, location and contact details you submit, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. Quotes, pricing and payment

Posting a requirement and comparing quotes is free. The amount shown when you accept a quote is the amount you pay — providers may not add charges afterwards without your explicit approval. Payment is captured once the job is marked complete.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel before a provider is dispatched at no cost. Once a provider is en route, a call-out fee may apply to cover the distance already travelled. Cancellation terms are shown on the quote before you accept it.

6. Provider obligations

Providers must hold valid licences and insurance, complete identity verification, and maintain the service standards published in the provider agreement. Accounts that fall below the platform rating threshold may be suspended.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Roadside is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from work performed by an independent provider. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be notified in the app, and the effective date at the top of this page will be revised.
